SMA Male Plug
FIGURE #1
A. Slide shrink tubing and crimp sleeve over cable.
B. Strip cable as shown.
C. Flair braid outward slightly by rotating Dielectric.
FIGURE #2
D. Place center contact over center conductor provide gap as shown and solder.
FIGURE #3
E. Place connector body over contact, sliding barrel under braid.
F. Push sleeve up against the body of the connector and crimp.
FIGURE #4
G. Push shrink tubing over crimped sleeve so it touches the connector body and shrink the sleeve using a heat gun or
equivalent.
All dimensions are in inches. Tolerances (except noted): .xx = ±.02” (,51 mm), .xxx = ± .005” (,127 mm).
